Biltong Craft SA (Pty) Ltd was established in 2018. The business is owned by two brothers Dean and Ivan Van Vuren who started producing biltong in their garage. The factory is based in Somerset West Business Park. The company is all about brand image and customer satisfaction. Biltong Craft SA also has a wholesale division that supplies different biltong retailers and retail supermarket stores. The company mainly produce high-quality products and sell them directly to the end consumer.
